I have joined this company for six months so far. Compare to my previous job, this job is like an exploration to me, because this is not a routine job. I have experienced many things that I have never ever met before. For instance, asking someone to arrange a time to meet me.

In these six months, I think I really learn much from the job, and also I know many new colleagues. I wish that I can not only learn things from the job but also contribute good performance to the company as soon as possible.

Nothing is easy in the beginning; luckily, I can always get help and guide when I need. As a marketing people, I know that I have to experience many rejections from clients or have to face difficult situations in the future. In the first year, I wish I could always be optimistic and learn my lessons from failures. I also wish that I can be a proactive person.

My Version

I have joined our company for six months now. In my current role as _(Your Job Title), there is no such a routine day for me, every day is a different day, in which I am facing many new but exciting challenges which I have never faced before, for example, making an appointment with someone.

Over the last six months, I have learnt so many things and met so many interesting people. I sincerely do hope that I can not only learning things but also make a significant contribution to the team as soon as possible.

For this job, it wasn’t easy at the beginning. Luckily, I can always get help and guide whenever I needed from my helpful colleagues. As a person who is responsible for marketing the company and selling our products, I knew from the day one that I will have to experience many rejections and face difficult situations. But I am an optimistic person and will do my best to increase my worth and develop my abilities in a way to benefit both the organization and myself. Time will prove that I am right.
